Hi, I’m Chris
I’m a Certified Baby Sleep Consultant based in New Zealand and I am passionate about helping you and your family achieve more sleep!
Restorative sleep is imperative for health and wellbeing for both you and your child. I create plans that are individualised to your families specific needs and your particular parenting style.
I work with you to find out what you’re most comfortable with moving forward, to achieve your goals and ideals. I look at sleep environment, naps, overnight sleep, sleep props/associations and feeding.
If you’re tired and not sure which way is up - you can be confident that I’ll be able to help you and your child’s sleep journey.
